Modern Commercial Ghee Preparation

















Jersey Cow A1 Milk
Modern commercial ghee is made by commercial dairy farms from Jersey cow’s milk where extensive use of antibiotics hormone is practiced
















Fat is Separated from the Milk
Milk contains two elements. SNF (Solid Non-Fat) is the element that contains all the proteins, carbohydrates, calcium, enzyme and vitamins & Fat (Cream).
In commercial ghee preparation cream (fat) is separated using a cream separator machine.

















Cream is boiled At high temp. with machine.
Only the Cream is actually heated in a steel vessel at high temperature and high RPM because of which nutrients from SNF are not part of the ghee.
From it clarified fat and curd filtered out to get the ghee.

After heating for granulation and preservation lot of things are added to the ghee.
Heated ghee is immediately filled in the plastic container so heated ghee and polymer in plastic packaging form a chemical reaction.

1. A2 Certified Milk from Grass Fed Free Range Gir Cow
A2 cow milk is only procured from desi Gir cows which are 100% grass-fed.


































2.Low Flame Boiling in an earthen pot
As cream is not separated at entire milk is set for curd Ghee contain the benefit of SNF

























3. Milk is Set for Curd
25 liters of milk is used to get 1 liter of ghee. The boiled A2 milk is kept for cooling and a spoon of curd is added to the pot. The milk is kept overnight for the formation of curd. As the cream is not separated entire milk is set for curd ghee contains the benefit of SNF.


































4. Bilona Churning
To get the proper makkhan (butter) we do hand churning of curd which was formed overnight. Curd is hand churned with SHEESHAM wood churner at low RPM which ensures all the nutrients are retaken.
























5. Obtaining Vedic Ghee
At a low temperature, the Makhan (butter) is melted again in an earthen pot above the firewood only. Once the water starts evaporating, a yellow-golden solid layer is formed.


































6. Glass Packaging
Finally, with the help of a strainer, this golden liquid is filtered then the ghee is filled in glass jars as we have our commitment to being eco-friendly.
