Desi Cow Cheese- Plain Cheese

Maybe it’s because of the emulsifying salts which they use (see the ingredients). It’s still better than Amul cheese though, as Amul cheese also has preservatives for which this Humpy Farms one doesn’t have.

It’s good in taste but for me I would prefer it to be much softer than the cheese. I have received it, otherwise, it is okay. I don’t mind but softer the better for me.

This is a good A2 cow cheese. It is a pretty yellow colour and has a good overall taste. I’m satisfied with it; however, there is an emulsifier E340 and E331, which is a preservative not recommended for long-term use. If you can address this, cheese could qualify as a premium product, similar to what you find in Europe. It's way better than what we get in the market, by the way.

Really good. The equivalent of shudh ghee for cheese in terms of cheese quality.
