Product Details

Stone-grinded Skinless Split dal is yellow in colour and round in shape.

Larger in size than Toor Dal Dry regions of Maharashtra like Amravati, Ahmednagar, Jalgaon, Nanded, Nagpur.

Usage Instructions: Widely used in dals, curries, subzis
Soak Chana dal in water for 4-5 hours to enable the dal to cook faster.

Method Preparation

All the split grams (Dals) in are split from the whole gram using traditional methods such as hand chakki. No added colors or polishing.
