NEVER ORDER ONLINE FROM HUMPY

Never order online from here.. Completely incompent ppl work in customer support and deleivery team.
I ordered multimillet flour. In few days I received message that it has been deleivered but I didn't receive it.
Lodged a complaint on whatsapp. The person said will get back in one day. For one week didn't receive any reply. I had to call myself multiple times to know about the update. The person first said it's not deleivered and would redeliever it and the deleivery message was sent by mistake. Then he said the parcel has returned as the area was unserviceable. Utter carelessness. Don't recommend to order from here
